This apartment is located in the Old South of Amsterdam just a short distance from the Olympic Stadium. The stadium was home to the 1928 Olympics and has been well preserved, still maintaining the same appearance it had during the games. The Old South is a predominantly residential area home to stunning buildings constructed when the city expanded beyond the Central Canal Belt at the end of the 1800’s. The apartment is just a few hundred metres walk from Vondel Park, the largest and most loved park in the city, utilised the year round by locals and tourists alike. During summer you will find endless barbeques and picnics while during winter these festivities make way for ice skating and snow fights. Not far from the apartment you will find the Museum District home to all of the city’s biggest museums including the Rijks Museum, Stedelijk Museum and Van Gogh Museum.
