This studio apartment has a fantastic location on a quiet street called Via dei Balestrari. This used to be a famous craftsmen street.
This apartment sits on the first floor of an elegant building with an elevator. It moreover has all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay: air conditioning and wireless Internet access, among other things!
The living room features a comfy sofa (which doubles as a bed – suitable for 2 children), a book collection, a 23″ flat screen TV, a DVD player, an iPod docking station, an office area complete with a desk, a chair and a printer. You’ll also find a glass dining table with chairs, a perfect area to enjoy a home cooked meal.
The stylish kitchen comes fully equipped with a gas stove, an electric oven, a toaster, a dish washer, an American coffee maker and a washing machine. As such, it provides a pleasant space in which to cook up a hearty breakfast or evening meal, or even just a quick lunch or snack.
The master bedroom has an iron king size bed. It also comes with night tables, lamps, and a large closet useful to store your personal belongings. The bathroom has a shower.
This apartment is ideal for young people and couples.
The Location
This apartment lies right by Campo de Fiori, Piazza Farnese and Piazza Navona. This is a very central place to stay when exploring Rome. Within easy walking distance you will find the Castel Sant’Angelo, Pantheon and the Trastevere district.
In addition to this, you will find all the facilities you might need extremely nearby, such as supermarkets, banks, and pharmacies.
This is moreover a great place to be in the evenings, with many popular restaurants and bars. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly, especially in the area surrounding the Piazza Navona.
Heading further west across the river, you will find even more bars and restaurants in Trastevere. This part of town is truly the place to be come evening, with an unbeatable atmosphere.
We highly reccomend taking an aperitivo in this area, so you can soak up the atmosphere. We especially suggest you go to the “Forno di Campo de Fiori“, where you can taste some of the best pizza in Rome. For party people, we suggest a cocktail at Piazza della Quercia.
To get to attractions that may lie slightly further away, you can catch one of the many buses that run around this area. That said, Rome is best explored on foot, and the majority of its attractions are very accessible this way!
